With cost cutting at the top of many corporate to-do lists, outsourcing is often seen as an effective way to trim expenses while maintaining functionality. However, as with most business decisions, it’s not always that simple. From the RFP through the selection and transition process, the panelists will share their best practices towards building a successful, savvy outsourcing implementation.

Moderator: Michele J. Flynn, Founder and President, Expense Management Solutions
With more than twenty years of real estate and corporate administrative experience, Michele Flynn is an industry visionary and an expert at leveraging process and technology to meet the rapidly changing needs of businesses. Prior to founding EMS, Ms. Flynn held executive positions with Fortune 500 companies, international banks and public accounting firms in real estate, investment management, administrative services and contract administration.

Cody Traver, Chief Executive Officer, CIOGlobal
Cody Traver oversees all strategic initiatives and tactical implementations for CIOGlobalâ„¢, which provides CIO strategic services for client companies, fulfilling IT infrastructure, vendor and IT project management and business application needs. Prior to founding CIOGlobal, Ms. Traver was the president and CEO of two service-oriented firms, and honed her information technology expertise in positions at Fujitsu, FedEx, California 911 Communications and United States Army Aviation.

Ann M. Vickers, CPA, Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Hurley, Vickers & Associates
Ann Vickers directs the operations of Hurley, Vickers & Associates, a twenty-person consulting firm that specializes in the outsourcing of CFO and accounting functions for early-stage and middle-market companies. For the last five years, Ms. Vickers has also served as an outsourced CFO on a number of high-tech and life science start-ups in Boston. Her twenty years of experience includes ten years in Big Four public accounting.

Janice DuFresne, CCP Vice President, HR Consulting Services The HR Department LLC
Janice DuFresne has over twenty years of human resources experience in consumer products, biotech, manufacturing, health care and hospitality, working with such companies as General Mills, Physicians Quality Care, and Hasbro. Ms. DuFresne specializes in executive development, labor relations, performance management and compensation programs design.
